Hey Gang!

When Christmas falls on a Wednesday, do you celebrate it on December 28th to accommodate your weekend schedule? Of course not.
How about the 4th of July? If it's on a Tuesday, do you dare defile the birth of your nation by celebrating it on Monday, just so you can have a 3-day weekend?
Not only is it wrong, but "the 3rd of July" just doesn't have the same ring to it.

Well, who's every heard of Cuatro de Mayo? Certainly not us, which is why we're celebrating Cinco de Mayo as the Aztec gods intended... on Cinco de Mayo.
That's correct, we are partying it up on a Monday. So all you weekend warriors, make room for one more day, because Taco Fiesta will not bow down to the conformity of other bars in celebrating Tres or Cuatro de Mayo.

So on Monday, May 5th, stop on by and celebrate the French defeat at the hands of the few and brave, and thank Montezuma himself for giving us tequila, tacos, señoritas and fiesta!!! We'll have a DJ and drink specials, and we invite you to sip some tequila from the Patron Girls, while partying it up with our very own Fiesta Girls. Remember, if not for the Cinco de Mayo, we'd be toasting champagne, wearing berets, eating croissants and hanging pictures of Cyrano de Bergerac.

You bet we're fast! In fact, you'll have a hard time finding any place faster. But we're not a fast food joint. We care. Everything from our fish tacos to our veggie burritos are made to your specifications, and fast too!

We can't make it any fresher, but we keep trying anyway! Our slow cooked Pinto beans, fresh guacamole, and our 26 ingredient enchilada sauce are all made right here every day. All of our ingredients arrive fresh daily. Heck, we don't even own a freezer.
